Party: Binaa Sudan Party

Member: Member of the Sudan Construction Party

Applicant: The person who has applied for membership in Binaa Sudan Party.

Data/Data: Information or data about any Member or Applicant.

Administration/Committee: Membership Committee of Binaa Sudan Party

Article 1: Maintaining data confidentiality

Committee members are prohibited from disclosing or permitting the disclosure of any information about any member or applicant, for any reason, to any party outside the Committee, including party membership.

Article Two: Data Retention

A. It is prohibited to save data on any personal electronic device (computer, mobile phone, or tablet) by anyone other than those authorized to do so.* It is also prohibited to record data in any other medium outside the Membership Committee offices (physical and virtual) and outside the party's original database. It is prohibited to save members' and applicants' data in the private email of any committee member after the discussion about the applicant/member has been completed.

B. The data is stored in the party's official database on the website, and another copy is stored in the membership management email. Committee members are not entitled to store applicants' data in their personal mailboxes after the discussion about the applicant or member has been completed.

A. The prohibition on saving data includes saving applicants' or members' phone numbers and email addresses without obtaining permission from the applicant or member.

Article 3: Use of Data

A. Applicant and membership data may only be used to discuss the applicant's or member's status within the Membership Committee. It may not be circulated, discussed, or used in any other context, including other party corridors.

b. It is prohibited to use membership or applicant data for personal gain, regardless of the reason. It is also prohibited to use this data for the benefit of another person or other parties, regardless of the reason. This includes all member and applicant data, particularly phone numbers, email addresses, and residential and work addresses.

Article Four: Data in the Membership Committee Working Group

Applicant and member data may be published within the Membership Committee's work tools (physical and virtual offices), provided that the data is deleted immediately after the discussion about the applicant or member is completed. The Membership Committee has the right to archive discussions about the applicant or member in a text file that is saved in the database or in the Membership Management mailbox, or in both.

Article 5: Penalties

Anyone who violates any of the above rules will be punished by expulsion from Binaa Sudan Party, with the possibility of filing lawsuits against him in the competent courts.
