Members and Applicants Information Privacy Policy
Definitions:
Party: Binna Sudan Party.
Member: Member of the Binna Sudan Party.
Applicant: The person who applied for membership of Binna Sudan Party.
Data/Data: Information or data of any member or applicant.
Administration/Committee: Membership Administration of Binna Sudan Party.
Article 1: Maintaining data confidentiality
Administration team members are prohibited from releasing or allowing any information about any member or applicant, whatever the reason was, to any party outside the committee, including party membership.
Article 2: Data Preservation
A\ It is forbidden to save data in any personal electronic device (computer, mobile or tablet) for those not authorized to do so, and it is forbidden to write data in any other means outside the offices of the Membership Committee (actual and virtual) and outside the framework of the party's original database. It is forbidden to keep the data of members and applicants in the private e-mail of any member of the committee after the discussion on the applicant/member has been completed.
B\ The data is kept in the official database of the party on the website and another copy is kept in the e-mail of the membership department and the members of the committee do not have the right to save the data of applicants in their own mailboxes after completing the discussion about the applicant or member.
C\ The prohibition of saving data includes, keeping applicants' phone numbers or membership and email without the permission of the applicant or member.
Article 3: Data use
A\ The data of applicants or members is permitted to be used to discuss the status of the applicant or member within the framework of membership only, and is not permitted to be traded, discussed or used in any other framework, including That's the other party's committees.
B\ It is forbidden to use the data of membership or applicants for personal benefit for any reason, and it is forbidden to use this data for the benefit of another person or others, whatever the reasons, including all Data of members and applicants in particular telephone numbers, e-mail and address of residence and work.
Article 4: Data in the Membership Committee Working Group
The data of applicants and members can be published within the working offices of the membership committee (actual and virtual offices) provided that the data will be deleted as soon as the discussion on the applicant or member is completed and the membership committee is entitled to archive Discussions about the applicant or member in a text file that is saved in the database or mailbox of membership management or both.
Article 5: Sanctions
Anyone who violates the above rules shall be punished by dismissal from Binna Sudan Party with the possibility of filing lawsuits against him in the competent courts.
